Dr. Todd L. Jackson is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed advanced surgical residency training at the Texas Medical Center. In 2023, he received his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Harvard University. At Jackson Eye Center, every recommendation begins with listening. Dr. Jackson focuses on honest, patient-first care where surgical plans are tailored to each person’s unique visual goals—strictly adhering to excellence without high-pressure sales.
The Founding Vision: Swiss-Inspired Precision
Dr. Todd L. Jackson relocated to Kingman, Arizona in 2018 with a commitment to elevate the standard of eye care. In 2022, he fulfilled this vision by founding the Prestige Laser & Cataract Institute—a world-class, Swiss-inspired facility built for honest, high-precision outcomes without high-pressure sales.
Jackson Eye Center is the clinical expression of that vision. As an independent practice, it allows us to dedicate more time to every patient, pairing advanced diagnostic technology with a boutique, personalized experience that ensures you feel heard, respected, and expertly cared for.
